Folktale

List some of the well-known folktales from Malaysia.

Are those issues universal in nature or are they only relevant in the Chinese culture?
Those issues are universal and it has always been reminded repeatedly in most of the culture to the girls to be very discipline about having sex before marriage right after they reach puberty.

What are the other morals that can be gotten from the other fables by Aesop? List at least two.

b. The Milkmaid and Her Pail - Do not count your chickens before they are hatched.

SCRIPT WRITING
Students will be in groups according to the needs of the story. Then they should read and analyze the story before changing it into script.

ROLE PLAY
From the script writing outcome students can role play any of the genres in classroom using the suitable costume and props. This will enhance student’s interest towards learning literature and be a independent learner.
